Hello. My name is Will, welcome to traditionalthatcher.com. I’m a 7th generation Thatcher and I cover Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and bordering counties.

I’ve been thatching since 1993. This included a 7 year apprenticeship under the tutelage of 5th & 6th generation Master Thatchers who also taught me valuable life lessons.

I use ancient techniques and quality materials to produce superior thatching.

I pride myself on having an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and for my attention to detail. I undertake all aspects of thatching from full re-thatch, ridges to small repairs.
